Tinlee's going home Outfit!!



Tinlee is here! Miss Tinlee Ruth Funke was born on Monday March 21st at 2:50 pm, she weighed 7 lbs 10 oz. Tinlee is the most adorable thing ever!!
Labor and Delivery went so well!! If I knew it would have been that easy I dont know if i would have complained that much about pregnancy! We went into the hospital at seven am and got started at about eight, i was lucky because i had already started labor. When i got to the hospital i was dilated to a 3, and was starting to have contractions on my own. An hour later I was at a four and hung out there for a while. At about 10 they came in to fix my tv which i was so exited about and as soon as they finished and walked out the door my water broke... i never got to watch TV. Fixed for nothing... The nurse called for my epidural and then came to help me, she said that it was about to get bad. She was right. I started to get very intense hard contractions that where about 2 min apart. The Anesthesiologist came in to get me epidural and lucky me i got to do it twice because for some reason the needle went through a blood vein and kinked, he told us that it only happens 1 in 25,000 epidurals. So after that i got another one that went great and i was in business. About 20-30 min later the nurse came in to check me and i was at a 10!! They let me labor down for about 2 hours. When they came in to check me and have me start pushing , the nurse looked at me again and said oh no! dont push! The dr is on her way!! Dr Huggins walked in and we pushed about 3 times and Tinlee was here!! The little miss had pooped while in my womb and so they had to hurry and suction her out which they did very quickly. The neonatologist and nicu nurses had to check her out, but she was great!!
Tinlee is happy baby, she loves to bu snuggled and loved on, she also likes it when you play with her feet and trace her face. She also love to be awake at night, something we really hope she want to change. We love our little Tinlee, she is so fun and is the light of our lives! She is the most beautiful little girl!! We are so blessed to have our little angel in our lives!!
